Remuneration: $113,866.02 - $124,039.17 p.a. inc super

About The Role:

The Industry Partner - Automotive will play a pivotal role in strategically leading and expanding Automotive industry education nationally, driving growth initiatives, securing high-value contracts, and fostering key stakeholder relationships.

We are excited about you because you have:

  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative approach to sales in a B2B environment
  • Extensive corporate and business development experience
  • Knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training Sector (not essential)
  • A strong understanding of the automotive industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the training and development sector.
  • Knowledge of automotive training programs including training methodologies, and the benefits they provide to individuals and organisations.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers in automotive businesses, and other potential clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the training programs and engage with diverse audiences.
  • The ability to adapt to changes in the industry and tailor sales strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients and the market.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyse competitor offerings, and stay informed about industry trends that may impact the success of automotive training programs.
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address the unique needs of clients, providing customised solutions to enhance their workforce development.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable agreements, build mutually beneficial partnerships, and close deals with potential clients.
