As a forward-thinking global logistics company with a strong emphasis on innovation, technology, and operational excellence, we are on the hunt for an Information Technology Support Technician with two to three years of experience who is willing to work onsite in West Meadows.

The Information Technology Support Technician will provide basic technical support to end-users for computer hardware, software, and associated peripherals. This role will require user administration within an M365 environment, access and updates to groups. Ability to provision hardware and troubleshoot hardware and mobile device management. This role will require excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure.

- Demonstrated knowledge of working with Microsoft M365
- Demonstrated experience of understanding working with IT systems that use workflows.
- Demonstrated experience of working with IT hardware and delivering it to the end user.
- Planning and organisation – ability to self-manage and prioritise work to ensure the provision of quality and timely services; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing business priorities.
- Self-motivated – demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver timely high-quality outcomes.
- Collaboration – ability to work collaboratively with a range of IT stakeholders and service providers to ensure delivery of timely and ‘fit-for-purpose’ IT solutions.
