Your New Opportunity

Due to growth within our Information Technology department, we have a new opportunity for an ITInfrastructure Engineer to join our Technology team. This career opportunity is based in Wacol (Brisbane). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Management of our Microsoft Azure/Office 365 tenant and related services including InTune MDM/MAM.
• Managing the Active Directory domain and all servers.
• Planning, creating, maintaining, and deploying SOE images to the computer fleet.
• Packaging, deploying, and upgrading applications using SCCM.
• Providing networking skills and expertise internally and to our external partners as required.
• Executing and delivering on both operational business-as-usual and project-related activities.
• Maintaining IT infrastructure for the company by meeting robust security and high availability requirements.

About you

• Minimum 3 years supporting enterprise technology such as Windows and Linux Servers, Active Directory Domain, Azure, and Office 365.
• Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft Server platforms and services such as ADFS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, RDS and SQL Servers.
• Knowledge and experience in planning, creating, maintaining, and deploying Standard Operating Environment (SOE) images, ideally with Microsoft SCCM.
• Intermediate to advanced networking knowledge and skills. Experience with using network-level testing utilities and working with network carrier support. Good experience with Cisco-based networking is highly desirable.
• Practical experience in managing virtualisation platforms and associated compute, storage, and networking.
• Knowledge of managing Microsoft Teams including telephony is highly desirable.
• Acknowledge that a proportion of the work may be outside of normal business hours including weekends and public holidays.
