An Infrastructure Field Crew member is a rewarding role that supports our community. Working with a supportive and close-knit team who value flexibility and adaptability you will use some of the latest technology to find creative solutions, leaving minimal impact on the natural environment.
You will receive on the job training and external training to support you to work on assets that provide the most essential of services, water you’ll enjoy a sense of achievement through a variety of hands-on in the field from land management, horticulture and civil work. You’ll get to work in exciting locations and see transformative projects come to life – no two days will be the same.

These roles will service our Southwest (Colac) or Coastal (Anglesea) zones.
About you

In this physical role, where you will be active in the field, you will be comfortable communicating to community members and other stakeholders. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol assessment and hold a Victorian driver’s license.

Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, BAS provides high quality, smart, asset maintenance and project management services to Barwon Water, its customers, and the community.
