Infrastructure Study Lead

They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Infrastructure Study Lead to join their team in Adelaide CBD. Key Responsibilities: As the Infrastructure Study Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the MCG Study Lead and ensuring a positive and collaborative team culture. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining study management documentation, such as the study work plan
• Managing all infrastructure scope to meet the quality and requirements of the organization's capital projects.
• Ensuring on-time delivery of all necessary scope and strategies from the MCG Studies Infrastructure team
• Leading and communicating infrastructure strategy thinking within the team
• Assisting in the establishment of the chosen ESP to complete the processing scope.
• Acting as the main interface and study representative between the company and the ESP
• Coordinating study phase activities, reporting, and interfaces across multiple functions and departments
• Collaborating with functional teams for the timely completion of mining, NPI, or surface processing study phase deliverables
• Developing and maintaining routines for monitoring and reporting of performance metrics, including cost, schedule, risk, and field leadership activities
• Preparing materials for presentation at leadership forums and project steering committees
• Leading the implementation of risk and quality management plans within the studies to ensure effective management of the program's engineering scope of work.
