We are looking for an Injection moulding machine operator (afternoon shift)

Main duties and responsibilities
• Operate and monitor the injection moulding machine to ensure efficient and accurate production of rubber components.
• Set up and prepare the machine for production runs, including loading raw materials, setting machine parameters, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications, making adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot and address any machine malfunctions or issues that may arise during the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily production targets and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Accurately record production data and maintain relevant documentation.
Position Essentials:
• Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Machine Operator is preferred.
• Familiarity with rubber processing and moulding techniques is an advantage.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and operate machinery effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Flexibility to transition from training on dayshift to the afternoon shift as required.
