About you:
- Ideally at least 2 years’ workers' compensation vocational rehabilitation/case management experience.
- Must be Allied Health degree qualified (Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Work) AND have current full registration with the relevant professional body.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Have the ability to work independently with effective communication skills.
- Be highly motivated, can work collaboratively and have an ability to build strong relationships.
- Have the ability to bring in new client relationships.
- Must have unrestricted Australian working rights.
The Job:
- Undertaking assessments and case management processes in line with your professional background.
- Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
- Liaising with treatment providers and various stakeholders.
