The Insights Editor role is part of our Quality team, reporting into the Quality Specialist, providing important QA across all Media Insights reports

What You'll Do:
As an Insights Editor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, engagement, and innovation of our reports. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring Quality and Deadline Adherence: You'll edit reports to perfection, making sure they're accurate, concise, and delivered on time.
• Encouraging Innovation: You'll proactively suggest improvements to report format and structure, ensuring our products set the industry standard.
• Supporting Growth: You'll collaborate with our Sales and Analysts teams to provide customized solutions and support client retention efforts.
• Building Relationships: You'll develop strong working relationships with team members, providing excellent customer service and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Driving Productivity: You'll demonstrate a strong work ethic, efficiently managing your workload and thriving under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

What You'll Bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Editing, Proofreading, or a related field experience.
• Previous experience in proofreading/editing, with advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• A keen eye for detail, exceptional time management, and excellent communication skills.
• A strong interest in news, current affairs, and social media, coupled with a dedication to delivering outstanding client service.
