The Opportunity
Insitu Pacfic is currently searching for a Repairable Item Specialist. Responsible for providing supply chain expertise and guidance as well as leadership within SM&P. This Role will work closely and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve objectives that drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure completion of required administrative tasks related to Repair pipeline.
- Assist in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance.
- Assist in the identification of possible suppliers to meet program needs or business 'gaps' and assess suitability for procurement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Experience/Qualifications
To be successful in this role:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while working to schedule commitments.
- Proven ability to display a positive and flexible attitude, self-motivated and efficient.
- Computer literacy including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated experience with a minimum two years as an ADF/Aviation Stores team member desirable.
- Australia citizenship to meet Australian Defence security requirements.
