We're seeking a dedicated Installation Coordinator to join our client's commercial department and ensure seamless coordination between their internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Be the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.
- Scheduling: Arrange appointments with customers and field technicians.
- Resource Management: Process purchase orders and organise necessary materials.
- Collaboration: Gather project requirements from sales and service teams.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor progress and handle any delays or issues.
- Post-Installation Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns.
- Record Keeping: Maintain documentation of installations and feedback.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency.

Experience, Licences & Qualifications:

- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Excel
- System Knowledge: Experience with job management systems like AroFlo, ServiceM8 or similar.
