Installation and Service Coordinator

We are seeking an Installation and Service Coordinator to join our Production Team based in our Wangara Office.
To be successful in this role you will require the ability to communicate effectively, a genuine desire to assist others, highly evolved customer service skills, and high-level organisational skills.
The role duties will include but not limited to…
- Speaking to customers in relation to their orders.
- Placing manufacturing orders.
- Speaking to Trades in relation to installations.
- Service and Warranty Bookings.
- Receiving, sorting, scanning and filing company documents.
- Invoice processing.
- Assisting field staff queries.
- Data entry.
- General Office Maintenance.
- General administrative duties and record-keeping duties as required.
