Installer Scheduler

Job specification:1. Why does the position exist? What is it expected to accomplish?The primary function of this role is to coordinate the installation of garage doors, openers and other products with AllStyle Garage Door customers. The role also assists the warehouse functions in preparation of daily jobs and some site visitations. The role deals with customers installation queries that come via phone and email.2. Reporting/working relationships (To whom the person reports, staff for whom the person is responsible, and other significant connections and working relationships. Whom this employee interacts with on a continuing basis, and how often this interaction occurs.)a) Reports to the Installation Manager
b) Interfaces with customers, staff, contractors and suppliers3. Special Conditions (Such as the work environment [noise, height, toxic materials, machinery exposure, low temperatures, confined spaces, dust] non-metropolitan location, travel requirements, frequent overtime etc.)a) Office environment with access to warehouses4. c) Listen attentively to customer issues and refer them as necessary to the appropriate person.

Exposure to CRM systems

c) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
d) Ability to liaise with all types of people
e) Good telephone manner

h) Ability to apply common sense
i) Competent in using common computer software including e-mails and CRM software
