As a training Instructional Systems Designer you will provide the full spectrum of training support for the BDA Battlespace Communications System (BCS) training team located in Brisbane, Queensland.
Your exceptional training skills can provide you with a challenging role in a unique environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Involvement in the Training Needs Analysis process
- Conduct of the design and development of training artefacts
- Development of innovative, relevant and engaging training solutions
- Conduct of evaluations and update of training artefacts
- SME support for instructors in their preparation and conduct of training
- Effective engagement with customer representatives and subject matter experts.
To be successful you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in the development of the full spectrum of training (essential)
- Experience with the development of training in the defence environment (desirable)
- Interpersonal skills to work in a multi-team environment.
