ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Instrument Technician in our Operating Suite/Central Sterilising Department at our Fitzroy campus.
This role will be casual , working up to 38 hours per week and will be pivotal in preparation of surgical set ups required for surgical procedures.
You will bring your passion to the role where you will work to support the surgical teams with preoperative preparation of consumables and/or surgical instrumentation required for surgical procedures.

ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding Instrument TechnicianSurgical Setups, you are a master at communication and have ability to organise tasks according to surgical demand.
Your skills will include:
- Understanding of surgical terminology
- Ability to use IT systems to identify set up requirements
- Knowledge of surgical consumables/instrumentation would be an advantage
