We are seeking a skilled Integration Operations Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating stock movements, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Integration Centre and warehouse. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

We have a wide range of government and corporate customers who rely on our Distribution & Integration Centres to deliver their products, across Australia and internationally. Our logistics coordination ensures seamless delivery scheduling.
In this role you will:
- Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate stock movements.
- Develop and document service processes following customer guidelines.
- Complete SOE/MOE builds to customer standards, adhering to Data#3 QA and security practices.
- Resolve software, hardware, network, and system issues for customers.
- Manage daily administration tasks and provide timely feedback on supplier performance.
- Communicate directly with costumers and sales teams.
About You
- Customer service and technical support experience.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and sales.
- Willingness to take initiative and investigate solutions independently.
- Ability to follow and develop standard processes.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Experience in logistics environment.
- D365 or similar ERP Experience.
Nice to Haves
- Basic Understanding of SOE imaging processes (SCCM or Windows Operating Environment) and networking knowledge CCNA
- Relevant experience in providing IT service solutions.
- Electrical test and tag licence
