About the role
We have an exciting 2-year fixed term opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Interface Adviser to join the Operational Readiness team within Customer Asset Maintenance

 

In this role you will manage and coordinate the operational readiness and change activities associated with Cross River Rail projects, including responsibility for the development and coordinated implementation of operational plans, methodologies, advice and direct project support.

 

Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include
•    Provide leadership of operational readiness and change activities in a dynamic and changing environment through effective formulation and development of strategies and stakeholder engagement.
•    Coordinate project activities and ensure that all tasks are completed according to schedule. 
•    Lead the development and coordinated implementation of Customer Asset Maintenance readiness activities inclusive of risk assessments, training plans and updating of associated documentation.
•    Offer high level change management advice to the Project Team to identify and recommend strategies and plans required to close gaps and capitalize upon opportunities.
•    Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders with regards to business readiness and change management related activities.

About you
•    High level of skill in the development and delivery of Risk Assessments, Change Impact Assessments and associated plans.
•    Proven experience providing project support including ongoing reporting and facilitating meetings and workshops.
•    Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•    Excellent communication skills – with ability to develop working relationships with key stakeholders.
•    Well versed in the facilitation and coordination of change management processes.
