Interim Cfo - 6 Months Contract

Fantastic senior finance leadership role available for a dynamic and experienced CFO. 6 months contract initially, commencing mid-late June 2024.Responsibilities:As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be instrumental in guiding the financial direction of the organisation. You will develop strategic plans that align with the organisation's goals, oversee all financial operations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Your leadership skills will be essential in growing, mentoring both the finance and technology teams.
Your ability to communicate financial information effectively will enable informed decision-making across the organisation, Senior Leadership team, various Committees and Board of Directors.

• As part of the Executive team you will own, develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive organisation strategic goals
• Collaborate, lead and partner with other executives to drive informed and commercially sound organisational decision making
• Foster an organisational culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
• Oversee the Finance and technology teams through highly developed leadership and mentorship skills.
• Ensure all statutory, contractual and financial and acquittal obligations are met and audit processes and Financial Statements are prepared
• Develop, implement and maintain internal procedures and financial controls to ensure accuracy of management information and early identification of issues of risk.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, financial and statutory business requirements and obligations.
• Provide financial input, and modelling to support the development of new services and projects

Key requirements:

• Highly developed leadership skills.
• CPA/CA qualified
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skillset
• First class communication and influencing skills
