The Role
We are seeking a passionate, friendly, and detail-oriented Showroom Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the expert in our range of door motion hardware systems, helping homeowners and public spaces select the perfect products to suit their space and goals. The position involves a blend of design consultation, customer service, and administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from initial inquiry through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries.
- Book appointments and manage showroom visits. (by appointment only showroom)
- Conduct design consultations, helping customers choose the systems and hardware for their projects.
- Follow up enquiries and consultations.
- Follow up and take ownership of projects through to its completion.
- Obtain photos for our images portfolio.
- Other associated administrative responsibilities.
- Represent the company at Exhibitions and Trade Shows.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong interest or experiences in home design, architecture, or related. (note; no formal qualifications are required)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Friendly, lively, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
