About the role
Triple X Stainless Steel is seeking a Sales Clerk to join our dynamic team based in our Penrith office.

This position is well suited to a person with passion for sales, whether you’re a junior starting out or looking to develop your current skills set within a great team environment
The right persons would be a team player, possess good time management, organisation skills with attention to detail and who is a team player willing to assist colleagues and be an integral part of the team.
Working closely with our team, you will be responsible for effectively provide Sales administration functions. Working towards critical deadlines, this role offers a variety of challenges to the right person.
This role also includes tender preparation pricing, aready for submission.
Due to the nature of our business, experience or an understanding of commercial kitchens or the building/construction industry would be an advantage, though not essential.
Our goals are an on time, high quality installation. This role is pivotal in ensuring we meet our project deadlines.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Valued team member developing tender preparation, pricing
- One off sales collaboration and pricing.
- Efficiently handling existing customer inquires
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure equipment is received on time and matching specification
- Working with project managers for on time delivery
Skills and experience
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve & prioritise workloads
- Collaborative skills and ability to build rapport with internal team members and suppliers
- Flexible “can do” attitude with a strong willingness to learn and become part of our team
- In house training provided with future growth for the right person.
