Our client, a leader in their field, is looking for a determined, eager to learn, Internal Sales Support Officer in St Marys.
A successful candidate in this role will be driven, system and mathematically savvy, have great attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.
Supporting both the Customer Service and Sales team in day to day administrative duties, in this role you will:
Successfully create and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
Accurately and diligently support the customer service and sales team
Receive and manage inbound calls
Key customer orders into the system
Organise deliveries and confirm details with customers
Track the status of orders
Liaise with different departments to fulfil urgent orders
Be confident in communicating with customers throughout all parts of the order and delivery process
Be eager to learn and diverse your understanding of the business, including establishing and developing your estimating knowledge
