About the job

As this is a varied role, below is an overview of what your normal day could entail once full trained.

• Being the first point of contact at the branch.
• Answering incoming calls
• Processing customer orders via the counter, phone and email requests
• Working in the warehouse with the technical team to build servers / CCTV systems.
• Checking stock (Inbound and outbound) and receipting into our system.
• Working with suppliers to ensure stock is at the right place at the right time.
• Building relationships and rapport with customers
• Learning and continually developing product knowledge of GSA's range of CCTV surveillance systems.
• Assisting with the returns and backorder processes
• Assisting with general branch support
• Supporting the external sales team and management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

• An interest in technology
• Technically savvy, an understanding of computers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in dealing with people and the ability to form relationships
• A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs
• Commitment to the highest level of customer service
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a team
• You will need your own transport and a drivers license.
