Develop and manage CDU Global’s marketing, communications and conversions initiatives. 

About the Position
As the International Marketing and Acquisition Team Leader, you will work under the guidance of our Director, CDU Global to develop and manage CDU Global’s marketing, communications and conversion initiatives. You will develop and implement an integrated marketing communications plan focused on the international student recruitment journey and will support the International Operations, Marketing and Recruitment and Global Engagement teams to realise and action their Marketing and communications objectives. 

About You
To be successful, you will require:

  • A degree with at least 4 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and /or education/training.
  • Proven knowledge and skills in the development and implementation of best-practice Marketing and communications strategies that achieve set goals and targets.
  • Ability to develop and drive coherent branding, messaging and content in a large and diverse organisation.
  • Proven skills in effective project management to deliver multi-disciplinary projects on time and on budget.
  • Proven ability to foster positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients and suppliers within a complex and changing environment.

Remuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at Professional level 7/8. The base salary will be in the range of $91,642 to $116,253 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $107,221 to $136,016 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
