During the Internship, you will be working on a portfolio of clients and learning all about careers in Media. Following completion of the internship and your university studies there may be an opportunity to join us full time!

- Supporting a client team with a range of tasks.
- Working closely with the team Coordinator and Executives to learn more about their roles
- Attending and engaging in sessions from industry specialists
- Attend company events and meetings and make connections with your colleagues and other professionals in your field.

Who are you?
At this stage of your career, there is little experience required, it's all about attitude… the tools and training programs are there to help you succeed.
Some key attributes that we look for are:
- Ideally currently in your final year studying at university with an interest in Advertising, Digital and Media, Commerce and Data.
- Be an enthusiastic learner
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Wanting to make connections in advertising industry to support future career.
OMG Recruitment Process
- Application- First step is to apply to be considered in our shortlist.
- Online Assessment- We do things a little different here so we'll be inviting you to complete an interactive quick online assessment. Please prepare your University insurance details letter and Voluntary Student placement agreement documentation as you will need to provide this at this stage.
- Interview- If you are successful to the next stage, our People Team will reach out to organise an interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Internship Offer - If you are successful to the role, you will receive an offer!
