Exciting opportunity due to our company's expansions. We are currently seeking a result-driven and motivated Inventory & Parts Managerto join our team in Granville, NSW. It is a Full-time Permanent position.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Head of Operations manager, you will contribute to the service effectiveness and operational performance of the TMA business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and manage relationships with the Project Office, Customer Service Support and Procurement to ensue parts and equipment is readily available for projects, maintenance and call outs
- Managing warehouse to ensure free flowing stock replenishment, down to local State warehouses through effective process and procedures
- Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc inventory reports as required
- Running effective and routine stock takes and cycle counts ensuring the integrity of stock holdings while minimizing value by holding optimal stock levels
- Receipting and transfer of all equipment/parts and services, through the ERP system within agreed timeframes
- Ensuring freight for all stock ordered is consolidated (where possible), organize freight at optimal cost and delivered on time to TMA sites in Australia and the Philippines
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL ATTIBUTES:
- 3 years’ Experience in Inventory and Stock Control.
- Strong Knowledge Car Parking Equipment.
- Strong Negotiation, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Experienced collaborating with multiple stakeholders on a national level.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset, constantly seeking new challenges and thinking outside the box.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office, and ideally experienced with ERP systems, Syteline (Desirable)
