You will be communicating and collaborating with all stakeholders including Buying, Operations, e-Commerce, Depot and suppliers.Job Duties/Essential FunctionsRaise and manage domestic and international purchase ordersReviewing inventory across all warehouses, depot and e-Commerce sitePlanning and forecasting sales plans and Open to Buys across multiple categoriesUpdating item and supplier records for changes such as, price, descriptions, delivery specifications and technical product informationSetting up, coordinating and managing marketing promotions with Marketing and e-Commerce teamsAssisting the Buyer and Assistant Buyer with various merchandise projectsWorking with Suppliers, Depots, Warehouse and e-Commerce teamsRequired qualifications / industry specific skillsEducation/Training:Bachelors degree or higher- preferred discliplines of Marketing (Channels), Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Communications or Management. Knowledge/Skills:Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)data entry experienceAS400Strong attention to detailApproachable with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task, with strong organisation and problem solving skillsStrong evaluation and analytical skillsBackground Checks:All successful candidates will be required to participate in Costco's background check program, which consists of reference checks and criminal record checks. * If successful, you will be required to undertake role and department specific training within specified timeframes.
