The role:
With exciting growth plans and the planned implementation of Pronto Inventory system, the company is looking to engage an Inventory Officer to join our Procurement team based in Bayswater WA and play a key support role moving forward in supporting our inventory processes.

Role Requirements:
- As part of the deployment team. support the roll-out of the Pronto inventory system.
- Ongoing management of inventory catalogues in Pronto
- Facilitate inventory replenishment to agreed re-ordering thresholds.
- Liaison with key suppliers to ensure supply availability/alternatives.
- Support adds/moves and changes to approved inventory items.
- Support physical stocktake processes
- Support queries/advice to site stakeholders on inventory system and process
- Interface with multiple stakeholders from Logistics, Maintenance, Finance
- In conjunction with the Procurement Supervisor, identify ongoing improvement opportunities for inventory management.
- Planned site visits.
Successful candidate will have:
- Inventory experience in a similar role
- High attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Pronto ERP experience is desirable.
- Competent in Microsoft suite
- Ability to establish rapport with vendors and stakeholders.
- Good organisational, time management skills with the ability to perform effectively to meet deadlines.
- Able to complete pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
