Our state government client is seeking a talented and driven Investigation Support Office Officer. You will undertake a variety of administrative support and coordination within the investigation team such as assisting with workflow triage, organisation of meetings and preparation of internal and external reports and will often be the first point of contact for the unit
About the role:
- Provide comprehensive administration to the support Branch
- monitoring incoming emails and phone calls to ensure correspondence is prioritised and actioned.
- Coordinate meetings/interviews run by investigation team.
- Initial triage of incoming notifications and complaints to the Support branch.
- Obtain and organise information for use in initial assessments and investigations.
- Manage investigation team assets and equipment in collaboration with Branch administration officer.
About you:
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to effectively manage workloads, to deliver high quality customer service and meeting workplace objectives within tight timelines and competing priorities.
- Well developed communication skill, both written and oral, and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholder and actively promote an environment committed to quality customer service.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft office products
- Demonstrated high level of oral and written communication.
Location and Contract Term
This role is being offered to those in Canberra, ACT. Initial contract for 6 months and high chance to be extended.
Security Requirements
Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment screening checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification and any other client requested checks.
