The role could suit someone ambitious who is recently degree qualified in finance, with 2-3 years experience or potentially someone more experienced in Investment Operations.

Description
The Investment Operations Administrator will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Administration of corporate action documents
- Reconciliations asset transfers, of all trades, positions, cash, dividends, orders and stock transfers (Daily)
- Assist with client queries, phone calls
- Liaise with other departments
- Processing
- Equity transfers and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise.
- Liaise and work closely with brokers to achieve the execution of orders for managed funds, EFT's, securities and international securities
Profile
- Experience or knowledge in financial services or markets
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with relevant software
- Degree qualified
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ambitious, hard-working individual
- Team player
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
