The Role
  
As one of the Investment Associates, you will support a wider Investment team in new business and strategy. You will gain experience in end-to-end investment management.
  
Responsibilities:
  

• Involved in the identification and financial analysis of real estate investment opportunities.
• Carry out detailed development feasibilities.
• Assist in the execution of Real Estate Transactions.
• Assist the wider team with debt and equity transactions.
• Prepare strategy Papers and keep abreast of wider market conditions.
• Ensure Assets under management are performing as and managed as assigned.

    
Skills and Experience
  
You will ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in Property, Finance, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. You will have experience as a financial analyst, preferably in a group or corporate setting with strong financial modelling skills. You will have proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
