Due to growth, the team is looking to hire an experienced M&A Analyst to help them execute a strong pipeline of deals.You will have experience in M&A, either from a boutique advisory firm, bulge bracket or accounting advisory team. You will have worked on mid-market and/or large transactions.

The responsibilities of this role include:
- Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support the evaluation and execution of Investment Banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments.
- Assist in conducting due diligence activities, including industry research, competitive analysis, and financial statement analysis, to support deal evaluation and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings and investor presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and manage the execution of transactions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on companies, industries, and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities and provide insights to clients.
- Assist in preparing transaction-related documentation, such as offering memorandums, prospectuses, and information memorandums.
- Support senior team members in client management activities, including attending client meetings, responding to client requests, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Investment Banking, corporate finance, transaction services, valuations, modelling or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
- Demonstrated passion for the financial markets and a strong desire to build a career in Investment Banking.
