This is an opportunity to join the Sydney team of a global platform at the Analyst level, working on transactions across a range of sectors both locally and abroad. Typical work in the role would range from preparation of pitch books, marketing materials, building of financial modelling as well as data room management. With strong deal flow and an opportunity to be part of a global platform, this is a great time to join.
Ideally the candidate would have at least 18 months M&A experience gained from a top tier investment bank or Advisory firm, however candidates with an M&A Law background, strong academics and some financial modelling skills are encouraged to apply.
