Working for a global IB across small-mid cap companies (up to 2B market cap). The successful candidate is most likely to come from a Bulge, Mid-Cap Broker, Boutique IB house, Big 4 M&A/Transaction Services (ideally who has participated in Capital Raising's for listed companies / IPO's and secondary market placements)

My client is looking for a technical skill set based around financial modelling and Capital Markets acumen, ideally with end to end ECM (Capital Raising's) listed transaction experience, including IPO's

Full Job Description

• Working for a global IB across small-mid cap companies (up to 2B market cap)
• Investment Banking (ECM) - Associate
• You will be involved in equity raising options, such as IPOs and secondary placements + some M&A

Your role and responsibilities include:

- Identifying and exploring equity raising options for clients (company founders, private equity, and venture capital investors) - IPOs and Secondary Placements

- Financial Modelling of companies (DCF / 3 Way) / Due Diligence and Competitor analysis for M&A targets

- Structuring and executing transactions tailored to the risk preference of the clients

- Assist with the preparation of detailed equity capital market data analytics for the purpose of producing Pitchbook’s and Fact Sheets

- Involvement in client pitch preparation, and idea generation for the firm

- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients throughout the transaction process

Your experience and skills will ideally include:

- 2 + years experience in Capital Markets - ECM, IB, Structured Finance, Equity Research (looking to transition) Big 4 Modelling and Valuations / M&A Advisory

- Advanced Excel and Data Analysis / Financial Modelling (DCF / 3 Way)

- High level of commercial acumen

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent network-building and client management ability
