Picture yourself.
The Investment Risk & Compliance Analyst will support the Investments business unit to identify, assess, manage, and report on investment-related risk and compliance matters. Assisting the Manager of Investment Governance, you will implement and review key policies and procedures for the team, manage the Investment Risk Framework and engage with your colleagues in an experienced and professional team along the way!

Another key aspect of the role will be monitoring regulatory changes and working closely with the Governance, Risk and Compliance business unit. Importantly, your background in the field of compliance monitoring and managing the Custody portal will support you and the team in maintaining progressive and efficient processes. You will identify, report, and escalate potential risks and compliance issues and assist with internal and external auditing procedures.
  
Who are we looking for?
We want people with spirit! We are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Experience in Archer Risk Management Platform preferred
  • Strong background in compliance monitoring
  • Experience in Investment, Superannuation or Finance industries
  • Skilled reporting and analysis for mandated investment managers
  • Commitment to, and enthusiasm for, ensuring all decisions and outcomes are in the member’s best interests
  • Very high level of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement
