We are seeking a detail-oriented Investments Administration Associate to join our team for an initial 6-month term due to parental leave coverage.

About the role

As an Investments Administration Associate, you will be the backbone of our Investments team, providing top-notch administrative and secretarial support to up to three Investment Business Units. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our team, working collaboratively with various business support functions and embodying our core values and cultural aspirations.

This role is available as an initial 6-month max-term/ secondment opportunity due to parental leave.

About you

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

  • Proven ability to successfully manage sensitive and time critical administrative and reporting functions.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure meeting tight timeframes.
  • Highly developed skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with attention to spelling, grammar and presentation
  • Organisational skills, ability to think clearly and calmly at all times.
  • A strong ability to prioritise tasks and a willingness to seek timely guidance/ clarification when required.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to identify critical issues quickly.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resilience, enthusiasm and a professional attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
