AddressThe Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for working alongside the investment team who provided a range of services to clients covering the spectrum of capital, divestment's, acquisitions, mergers, Private Equity advisory, business services, debt advisory & restructuring.
About the role:
Execute Investor Relations Program: Collaborate with the IR Program Director to implement the IR strategy.
- Draft Investor Communications: Assist in creating quarterly reports, notices, LPAB materials, LinkedIn posts, and presentations.
- Event Preparation: Support preparation for investor meetings, webinars, and AGMs.
- Client Services Coordination: Ensure the CRM is updated and investor queries are promptly addressed.
- Assist in preparing high quality due diligence materials and incorporating subject matter expertise from Legal, Finance and Operations: Due Diligence Questionnaires, fund performance metrics, cash-flow forecasts, PPM and on-site due diligence packs.
Job requirements:
- Highly polished communication skills, both verbally and in written form
- Financial and investing literacy to be able to prepare communication materials to Investors
- Highly organised self-starter with an ability to deliver to tight deadlines
- Enjoys collaborating with others, working in a team environment and developing other members of the team.
