You will have strong organization and communication skills, to liaise with all internal and external employees across the business, to assure compliance to the project needs. Experience in planning workloads, meeting deadlines, producing daily and weekly reports and attending weekly compliance meetings with the wider project teams.You'll be:
- Liaising with operational departments to support and ensure Isometrix actions allocated to the specific Departmental Leads and Superintendents are completed.
- Supporting and assist the Health & Safety Administrator to produce daily and weekly data reports.
- Supporting and assigning new modules to the wider teams across the project.
- Handling System Governance to undertaking regular sense checks of the system to ensure the data is accurate.
- Participating in weekly support meetings with the project teams to meet the project needs and feedback on any specific issues
- Relevant IT skills and be able to learn and operate our training and competence systems.
- Excellent knowledge and application of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and PowerBi.
- Demonstrable experience in a busy, fast-paced organization.
- May be required to cover other H&S duties for others on scheduled leave.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communications skills
