• Conduct assessments of customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Perform routine tests and diagnostic troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
• Resolve network issues and technical faults promptly to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to oversee and train junior staff, ensuring work health and safety standards are upheld.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT and Telephone Technician with a focus on upselling.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Valid Australian Driver's License.
