As an IT Business Analyst you'll get to...
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements as epics and user stories for IT projects.
- Perform research and interviews to determine business requirements and translate into specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and project meetings with stakeholders.
- Analyse, facilitate, model, and organise information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements.
- Help initiatives meet schedule, business, and budget objectives.
About you
- Experience delivering banking technology specifically across lending or credit risk assessment systems and technologies is preferred and will set you up for success.
- You'll have experience working across IT initiatives as a Business Analyst with the ability to gather requirements and liaise with cross functional technology teams to deliver IT projects.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS), APIs and Microservices is preferred.
- Experience working in an agile environment and using tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
- You'll be self-driven, able to work autonomously whilst facilitating and influencing others across the initiative to meet schedules and deliver on requirements.
- Experience working in consumer credit risk rating, modelling and decisioning is preferred.
