Your New Role
In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead our digital transformation, collaborating with diverse teams to identify, implement, and optimise technology solutions. Teaming up closely with the Head of Technology, you will lead major software projects, ensuring that frank green remains at the forefront of innovation with scalable, flexible, and secure solutions across our applications landscape.
Your influence will extend beyond technology, shaping effective stakeholder partnerships and championing continuous improvement to address both current challenges and future opportunities.
Your Day to Day
- Engage teams in solution design, guiding through identification, evaluation, and implementation processes.
- Conduct business systems analysis, mapping requirements and optimising processes.
- Document system information, architecture, and user self-service knowledge base.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from stakeholder management to operational readiness.
- Oversee software procurement, governance, and vendor management.
- Provide ERP and application support, handling incidents and liaising with providers.
- Contribute to data and integrations analysis, design, and delivery.
Your Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in IT Business Applications/Solutions/Engagement Management.
- Project Management expertise (PRINCE2/PMBOK; waterfall/agile) with core business system implementations.
- Tertiary qualification in IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong engagement skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven business process analysis experience.
- Exposure to eCommerce, wholesale distribution, and manufacturing environments.
- ERP systems experience (NetSuite an advantage) and familiarity with SaaS applications like Jira.
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary analysis, design, and implementation methodologies.
- Expertise in application cyber security best practices.
