About the opportunity 

Join our team as our IT Business Systems Administrator, where you will manage the technical and functional operation of Core Corporate Business Systems and support our service desk to deliver high-quality incident and change resolution services. 

You will make an impact by  

  • Investigating, analysing, and prioritising assigned incidents and service requests for core Business Systems
  • Install, update, and maintain applications by ensuring that the software is up-to-date and functioning properly. 
  • Managing all processes, creating/redesigning/improving business processes considering existing system capabilities and system architecture, in consultation with key stakeholders. 
  • Proactively seeking out and identifying business system changes to improve work-flow efficiency, work practice, security, data, or reporting for business teams. 
  • Proactively collect feedback on system/application usage and common user concerns to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the software. 
  • Managing application security including provision of user roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. 
  • Providing one to one training to end users on an as-needed basis, to ensure positive adoption and best use of the systems. 
  • Documenting internal system processes and workflows and assisting business teams in creating new system processes and associated reporting. 
  • Excellent vendor management skills to work though the issues to closure.  
  • Assisting in Data Quality, integration, migration and maintenance for Business Systems

What you will bring 

  • Technical and software support skills, with a focus on CRM systems like Open Office. 
  • Essential knowledge of IIS, messaging queue, SQL, and ODBC databases. 
  • Basic knowledge of database design, application to database mappings, database querying and experience with Crystal and Microsoft SSRS report writing tools 
  • Familiarity with IT Business Systems, applications and digital transformation experience. 
  • Effective training skills to onboard new users. 
  • Experience in a networked environment with MS Windows & MS Applications. 
  • A background in Information Systems, supported by a tertiary qualification and at least two years of industry experience in CRM administration.
