 Your OpportunityTo be part of the IT Service Operations team ensuring that Mission Australia’s technology environment is operating effectively so that it supports business productivity. Support end user, server, infrastructure, and security environments that are stable, secure, functional and affordable and aligns with agreed business service levels and expectations. Your key responsibilities will be:Ensure the MA technology stack is designed and maintained to operate optimally, is stable, minimal performance issue, and is always secure.

Apply MA IT ITIL processes for all Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management. Ensure that the tools, processes, and systems needed to operate the environment are managed effectively.

Display a great customer service culture with a positive verbal and written communication, with all stakeholders. Monitor and maintain the security of the MA IT environment, undertake preventative actions, and respond to security alerts. Assist with the scoping, requirements-gathering and design of projects that involve detailed knowledge of the Cloud infrastructure and systems.

Contribute to the timely implementation of projects by communicating issues to management as appropriate. Requirements for SuccessMinimum 5 years’ experience in an infrastructure and Azure cloud support and security role. Formal qualifications/certification in Microsoft cloud technologies / Architecture such as MCSE, Microsoft Certified (AZ-103) or Microsoft 365 Certified (Level 2 or 3), CompTIA Security+Excellent and detailed knowledge and support of
