Clough has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Services and Operation Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT Services and Operations Team in Perth! In this role, you will effectively support Clough's core IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of Clough's IT servers, endpoints, network and its data through improved technology, clear processes, and detailed documentation.

Your focus will include:

  • Accountable for the administration of all Clough infrastructure globally, including physical and virtual servers, storage, networking, and associated IaaS/PaaS platforms.
  • Accountable for supporting the end-to-end network stack including ISP services (fixed, mobile, LEO), firewalls, switches, access points and associated network authentication services for secure user and endpoint authentication.
  • Investigate, assess, and respond to IT infrastructure and network alerts in a timely manner as per predefined SLA's.
  • Assist as part of the major incident and problem management processes in the resolution of technical issues and take ownership of a response and remediation plan, where appropriate.
  • Contribute to IT infrastructure-specific projects that deliver benefits to the business.
  • Ensure all security/non-security policies, procedures and guidelines are followed across the organisation utilising available security toolsets as per the IT Cybersecurity team directives, working in accordance with vendor best practices.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Previous experience in a Senior Infrastructure Engineer position.
  • Detailed experience in technology, infrastructure administration, project management, business improvement / process redesign.
  • Tertiary Qualification in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in IaaS cloud services - Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services desirable.
  • Adequate knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
  • Adequate knowledge and experience in networking fundamentals, principles and platforms Fortinet.
  • Exposure to Cyber Security practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
