Our valued client is seeking an experienced IT Support Associate to join their Kilsyth team.

The Role:

• With limited supervision, provides system operational support ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, and availability of IT resources and systems for end users with opportunities for coaching and developing less experienced IT Support Associates.
• Must work collaboratively with others.
• The position will work with the companies global IT teams and vendors to support the applications and IT infrastructure for the business in Australia.
• The role will spend about 70% on support and coordination on the applications and 30% on the support and coordination on the infrastructure.

Skills & Experience
In order to be considered for this position you will need/have:

• Familiar with Oracle Application (Ebiz/fusion) distribution or supply chain and manufacturing modules;
• Knowledge on the Oracle fusion planning and Oracle finance cloud is a plus;
• Knowledges on Oracle SQL query.
• Experience and knowledge in infrastructure like networking, windows, Linux, VMWare, ITIL processes will be a plus.
• 2-4 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Reporting experience
• Diagnoses and problem solving skills
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
