About the Role?
As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting and liaising with end users and facilitate resolution of PC, Network and other IT problems. The role requires a service management attitude, promoting best practice throughout the IT team to ensure that service levels are maintained.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide level 1 and level 2 ICT support across the business
- Respond to support calls by email, telephone, or onsite visits.
- Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Diagnose hardware and software issues, perform system upgrades, and provide technical support to end-users by email, telephone or onsite visits.
- Ability to Deploy Operating System Images
- Assist with managing small to mid-size IT projects
- Provide effective change management, incident management, risk management and continuity planning utilizing best practices in systems support and service delivery, preferably with the ITIL framework
- Administer and ensure IT security and compliance in line with company standards and ICT policy
- Flexible approach to travel in order to support the region.
About You?
To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:
- CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, Project Management or equivalent certification would be highly regarded
- Must have 1+ year experience in similar role
- Experience with troubleshooting Office 365 products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and One Drive).
- Strong Windows 10 and 11 support and troubleshooting skills are required.
- Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LANs, WANs etc.) and server knowledge.
- Knowledge of Deploy Operating System Images to a computer (preferably using SCCM)
- Experience with Active Directory management
- Demonstrated skills in Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management (ITIL Certification preferred)
- Ability to identify problems, make decisions, create solutions and take actions
- Self-motivated and directed with an attention to detail and strong customer service focus
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities to strict deadlines within a highly demanding technical environment
- An understanding of deploying new PC, printers and laptop equipment
