As with many other organisations, the rapid growth in IT systems and data stores has resulted in a complex and fragmented landscape, where potentially valuable data lays trapped in fragmented inconsistent silos of applications and databases.Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, the primary responsibility of the Technical Advisor is to provide level 2 and 3 IT support to the organisation and specialist support for Windows 10, Office365, Exchange online, One drive application as well as infrastructure functions.This position plays a key role in liaising with internal stakeholders for IT issues and subject matter expertise, coordinating upgrades, providing training for end users, and liaising with vendors and other external stakeholders.What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated technical knowledge in Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, CRM Dynamics 2016/365 and Azure services.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills including the ability to use conceptual and analytical skills to analyse issues.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, Intune, AD, DNS and DHCP.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills including excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Tertiary qualification in IT or similar relevant qualification is required
