Melbourne Metropolitan College is seeking energetic, motivated, confident, and outgoing Lead Trainer with experience in providing high-quality, compliant, engaging training and leading the other trainers.

- ICT60220 Advanced Diploma of Information Technology- Cyber Security
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant VET qualifications at the equivalent or higher level;
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Relevant/Current Industry work experience post qualifications.
- Knowledge of the relevant Training Package.
- Demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development;
- Ability to use Moodle as course delivery platform.
- Follow the course curriculum to deliver and assess the respective course in compliance with SRTO 2015 and National code 2018.
- As lead trainer to control all the campus trainers and course delivery
- Provide teaching and learning support as required to ensure students’ satisfactory course progress.
- Contribute to the development of courses in a team environment to foster a culture that embraces continuous improvement and best practices;
- Ensure professional development is continuously maintained for industry and VET currency;
- Monitor the use of resources and contribute to their improvement;
- Participate in validations and moderations as and when required;
Requirements:
- Relevant Qualifications
- Certificate IV in TAE (TAE40116 Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of vocational education and training experience in Civil Construction
- Extensive industry experience/currency.
- Ability to easily mix well with others and satisfactorily carry out tasks in liaison with colleagues.
- Knowledge of current industry standards and practices
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs
- Ability to assess and provide feedback to learners
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
