Ventia's is partnering with the Westgate Tunnell project to deliver the maintenance and installation of ITS systems & devices. As such we are seeking an experience ITS Project engineer, ideally with an electrical trade background to project manage these works. This is a permanent full-time role based in Laverton North, VIC.

- Be the ITS Subject Matter Expert, contribute/develop solutions for tenders with compliance to ITS standards.
- Contribute to innovation of ITS and assist in the development and review complex logical and physical designs, providing solutions and improvements.
- Contribute to and manage to a detailed construction program, monitor and analyse production methods and production performance against schedule
- Organise, lead and contribute to all key construction meetings with Project Team, Clients and other Project Stakeholders, including workforce Toolbox Talks
- Ensure comprehensive records are established and maintained.
- Technical working knowledge of ITS, Street Lighting, Traffic Control Systems and associated control systems
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry, within the ITS/Transport Technology space
- Tertiary or Trade Qualifications in Civil/Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or Equivalent (favourable)
- General Industry Induction Card
- Certificate IV WHS (preferable)
