About Us:

We are actively recruiting for an experienced ITS/Electrical Supervisor to join our team at one of our high-profile Infrastructure Projects. This position will be employed on a permanent basis, based in the Balcatta area on a 5/2 roster with alternate half day Saturdays.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following as a minimum:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the Civil Construction and/or Infrastructure sectors
• Strong understanding in the area of Main Roads construction
• Pit and pipe install
• Testing and commissioning of electrical assets
• Road & PSP construction, finishing works and overall experience of road works
• Valid drivers licence and ability to travel to and from Balcatta

As a Supervisor reporting to the Superintendent, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Coordinating the workloads and performance of Project team and subcontractors
• Providing and taking leadership responsibilities in health, safety and environmental management
• An understanding of traffic management requirements and ensuring traffic management is implemented for work groups
• Developing work methods and rolling out short term construction programs in conjunction with the Engineers
• Planning of daily/weekly production work
• Completing progress reporting and activity reports for shift
• Interpreting and reviewing plans, design documentation and drawings
• Providing construction review and assisting with final design changes
• Identifying and mitigating risks prior to work commencing
