One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced ITSM/ServiceNow Specialist to work on a Digital Uplift Capability. You will be undertaking reviews as well as an uplift of maturity and consolidation of IT service Management. The role can be based in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne with flexible working arrangements available. The successful ITSM/ServiceNow Specialist will be offered an 18 month contractwith a 12 monthextension option.
The successful ITSM/ServiceNow Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Enhancing ITSM practices to improve service experience, responsiveness and issue resolution
- Finding ways to better utilise the current ServiceNow ITSM product
- Enhancing integration with existing ICT delivery practices including DevOps and Agile
- Doing Change Management to facilitate implementation and minimise disruption to ongoing delivery streams
The successful ITSM/ServiceNow Specialist will have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience maturing ITSM practices utilising the ITIL framework
- Experience maturing ITSM policies and practices
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow product suite
- Experience integrating ITSM practices with DevOps and Agile delivery framework
