As a Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that support the department's mission of delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation services to the community.
Highly desirable skills/experience:
- IBM WebSphere Application Server, JSF2, JPA (Hibernate / Open JPA), Maven, SOAP Web services and REST API.
- Prior experience using WebSphere application server and Oracle database.
- Processing XML files using java.
- Experience within large complex organisations, such as Qld Government, Government transport or similar organisations.
- Other duties as required.
- The role may have quarterly Key Performance Indicators to maintain.
